ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Jeff Lowe - State Farm Agent is seeking a proactive, organized Assistant Office Manager to provide executive support to the Agent and help keep our office running smoothly. This role combines administrative support, calendar management, marketing coordination, and occasional customer service assistance.

You’ll work closely with the Agent to manage business and personal tasks, coordinate priorities, and follow through on details. If you enjoy anticipating needs, staying organized, and supporting a busy team, we’d love to connect with you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide executive support to the Agent, including managing emails, business and personal calendars, appointments, communications, and errands.
  • Coordinate administrative and financial tasks, including deposits, expense tracking, bill payments, employee benefits paperwork, and recordkeeping.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and meeting materials; maintain production tracking and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Support marketing efforts through promotional materials, social media outreach, customer mailings, referral programs, and community events.
  • Assist with recruiting by communicating with candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating recruiting events.
  • Provide occasional front-desk and customer service coverage, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and routing follow-up requests.
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, facility needs, team celebrations, and employee recognition programs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous administrative, executive assistant, or office support experience preferred.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email, and calendar tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential business and personal information with discretion.
  • Willingness to assist with errands and occasional weekend events.
Pay: $20 - $25 per hour
Schedule: Part-time hours Monday - Friday within the 9:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. window, with occasional weekends for marketing events.
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
